PARTICIPANTS AND ELIGIBILITY: It is the contestant’s responsibility for knowing and abiding by all federal, state, and local regulations that pertain to fishing and to the waterways. HOLD HARMLESS AND PHOTO WAVIER: All contestants in signing an entry form agree to hold harmless any
and all promoters, festival directors, agents, agencies, and organizations assisting The Valley of Bay City Walleye Tournament operations. Furthermore,
all contestants agree to waive all responsibility for death, injuries, damages, liability, theft, fire or loss of any kind to entrants. No unsigned entry will be processed for the tournament. Furthermore, I hereby grant The Valley of Bay City Scottish Walleye Tournament (Tournament) permission to use my likeness, my boat mates or that of my children’s in photographs for the benefit of Tournament. I understand that the photographs may be used in a publication, direct-mail piece, electronic media (Internet/www), or other form of promotion of the Tournament and that the photos may be used without payment or any other consideration. I have read this release before signing and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
